Beginner's yoga

I began Dahn Yoga about three weeks ago working with an instructor on a one-on-one basis two times a week. I have already learned many skills and strategies for improving my personal well-being, both mentally and physically. I am energized and excited to feel by body react so positively to the relaxation, balance, strength, and mind-body connection training we've been doing. After I finish these sessions, my plan is to attend group classes. I look forward to taking this next step.
