Less anxiety and pain

When I started Dahn Yoga I was experiencing frequent bouts of anxiety and also my body had a lot of pain. It was difficult to relax and my sleep wasn't very good. After my first class I noticed a lighter, more relaxed feeling in my body and my mind was much more peaceful. The fact that I had less pain made me so happy; I remember going home with a smile unconsciously stuck on my face. I have continued practicing and now I am more confident and comfortable in front of people and I have far less pain every day.
