Improved Balance and Overall Well-Being

I started taking Dahn Yoga classes to be able to improve my balance, as I had trouble getting out of a chair and keeping my balance, and I needed to use the wall or a chair to come up to standing from sitting on the floor. All that is now in the past, and I can feel an overall improvement in many aspects of my daily life. I also have more energy and strength. I expect much more improvement in the future.
