Love this style of Yoga

I've tried a lot of different kinds of yoga and exercise before, but the thing I like about Dahn Yoga is they aren't stuck on the technical side of things. At most places I've been to, the postures or technicalities seem to be the main focus. At Dahn Yoga, although there is a system and techniques, everything seems to be adjustable to your condition so you don't have to worry "Am I doing it wrong?" or whatnot.
The instructors emphasize that the most important thing is feeling your body, not trying to stick yourself into some posture. I am also impressed with how much personal attention you get as well. It may not be the traditional Indian yoga you're expecting, but I personally like it much better.
