How Dahn Yoga improved my health in such short time.

I found Dahn Yoga by chance: a brochure at a restaurant in Glendale. I had been looking for a place where I could practice a combination of yoga, tai chi ki-gong and meditation. I wanted to improve my general health and manage stress. My lower back had a history of injuries and I was in a pretty bad shape. I had gone through physical therapy, chiropractors, acupuncture, massages, and nothing had helped for long. I felt very old and discouraged. I can truly say that since my first class at Dahn Yoga I felt better! More energy came almost immediately to me, and in a few weeks a I had more flexibility and almost no pain in my lower back, and less aches all over my body. Good core exercises. I have been practicing now for about 6 months and I love it, it's been a life changing experience for me. I'm stronger, happier and more focused. I hope that more and more people will discover it and we can all become healthier in our world. I also love the teachers!
