Pain in legs is gone

I was having pain in my legs, especially during cold evenings. The pain was so strong that I couldn't sleep. After this had been going on for about two weeks, I finally talked to my friend who is a Dahn Yoga instructor at the Santa Clara Dahn Yoga Center. She massaged my legs for about 15 minutes and after that the pain subsided. Then she recommended I do a specific exercise for my legs every night before I go to sleep. I shake my legs and arms for about ten minutes while laying down and then I go to sleep. I noticed the very next day that the pain I was feeling started to feel dull, almost gone. My friend checked up on me and I told her that I've been doing the leg exercise twice a day (as soon as I wake up and before I sleep). It has now been almost a month and my leg pain is now history. I hope to someday attend classes at her center. Thank you.
