My Chronic Fatigue has disappeared

For the past 5 years of my life I have suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a real debilitating syndrome. I had to wake up at least 1 to 2 hours before going to work in the mornings. And sometimes when I did get to work my body would shut down. My Doctor had talked to me about permanent disability. I tried several pain releaf things, such as acupuncture and I was on heavy duty pain medication. And so about 2 months ago I joined Dahn yoga. And it seems like my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is gone. My energy level is almost back to normal and I'm not taking heavy pain medication. For the first time in along time I have not missed any work due to my illness. My life is GREAT ! !
