Physically and mentally more flexible

I started practicing Dahn Yoga 8 months ago at a time when I felt a need to regain my physical flexibility. As I learned more through classes, I realized that a lot of the tension in my body comes from suppressing my emotions. Through the classes and sessions I've been taking, I have realized what preconceptions I have--the false images I've built for myself--and I have started to get to know and accept my true self. My body is more flexible, my mind feels free to choose what I want, and I feel more connected to the people around me.
