I came to Houston on business for a few months and was not able to find a gym to work out. I decided I wanted to do something to lose weight and keep active while I was in the Houston area. I came into your Champion location and you explained how Dahn Yoga could achieve my goals. I have been coming to Dahn Yoga since Oct. 31, 2011 and at this time I can honestly say my joint and back pains have disappeared. I have also lost 9 pounds and am looking to lose another 10 pounds after attending the detox and healing seminar last weekend. My mind has become clearer and I have even noticed an improvement in my vision. I almost walked out of my hotel room the other day without my glasses as I could see without them. At this time of year we all seem to have our share of stress. I spoke with my son several times this week and he has said he's noticed the change. He stated that I was happier. The service I have received at Champion Dahn Yoga Center has been excellent. The staff has provided me with many opportunities to participate in special classes as well as seminars. In doing so they have offered me a way to improve my lifestyle.
