I'm improving physically and emotionally, and overall, feeling much happier

I was looking for a yoga program that didn't hurt my body and accommodated my current physical condition, a lot of back pain and stiffness in my legs, plus some sciatic pain. Since I started Dahn Yoga classes two weeks ago, I feel a difference in my physical strength, also I am more emotionally centered and much more relaxed. It's easier for me to concentrate and, after every class, my body feels more flexible and I think I am able to reach just a little bit further. At work, I am able to stay focused and I'm also getting along better with my family. Honestly, this training is so good for me, I think everyone should give it a try.
