I was feeling really depressed and angry with a lot of different things going on in my life and victimizing myself a lot at that time. I decided I wanted to change, therefore I started with going to a yoga class. It was kind of strange at first, (definitely not what I was expecting), but I was almost immediately hooked. After each class I felt the most relaxed I had ever been, and stayed that way. By the end of my initial 3-month membership, all my depression, and anger had disappeared and I felt like my happy self again, happier even.
