I'm Back!

I took "a break" from yoga during the busy Christmas season. The short break turned into an extended absence. Excuses came easily. My teaching schedule had changed; other projects came up; I was tired, stiff, and full of aches and pains. In fact, I wasn't sure I could even make through a class. Last night I decided maybe I should go back to class. Possibly, I was thinking, I could just slip in the back without much notice. Instead, Laura, the Center Manager, greeted me at the front door with a big hug. "Take it easy and just do what you can," she advised. Within a few minutes, I was back! I reaffirmed that Dahn Yoga is just what I need to assess and improve my body condition, with the help and support of the instructors.
