Healed where nothing else could Helen Blair

I've been a member for three and half years. When I started I could barely touch my knees let alone touch the floor. When I started just taking a step up a curb, was very difficult. I couldn't sit with my legs straight in front of me. I was on eleven prescriptions not counting my inhalers. I had to wear a mouth guard because I had TMJ. Besides my arthritis I had gastritis. I was on depression medicine. I had a lot of anxiety. I was seeing doctors constantly.

After two years of [going to] the Dahn Center I got off all medications except for one. I went from being a crotchety old woman who couldn't do anything. I couldn't even do Christmas shopping. I couldn't go shopping because it hurt too much to walk. Now I can do everything.

Used to be, matter of fact, my whole house was built because I couldn't bend over, so no shelves below wait high were used. And so to my husband's sh'grin I've been able to fill up the cupboards now, because I can bend over now.

And I've got a life, I've got a life again, and I really thank Dahn because I don't think I had much hope when I joined. I've had all the surgeries the doctors suggested, I've done all the medications, and I just got sicker and sicker. I have found with Dahn Center I have been able to get healthier and healthier.
