Tap your toes together, sleep better!

Do you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both? Do you struggle to get up in the morning?

To sleep deeply and wake up refreshed, give toe tapping a try!

"Toe Tapping" is a way to do Brain Wave Vibration lying down. Even ten minutes of toe tapping can make you feel much better.

Try these 3 easy steps:

1) Lie down comfortably with your feet together. Close your eyes and relax your body.
2) Keeping your heels together, swing your feet outwards and inwards so that you are repeated tapping your big toes together and then the sides of your feet to the floor.
3) Move your feet as fast as you can without straining yourself, starting with at least 50 repetitions and gradually increasing the number of repetitions as you practice.
* When you finish, let your body relax and breathe comfortably as you feel subtle vibrations and energy sensations running through your body.

Toe tapping is also highly effective in relieving headaches and fatigue. Click to read more about toe tapping.

Results of scientific study show effectiveness of Brain Wave Vibration

Brain Wave Vibration was the mind-body training method of choice employed in a clinical study of the relationship between stress, positive and negative mood, and stress-related hormones. The research was funded by a branch of the South Korean government and conducted by various institutes from Seoul National University, as well as the Korea Institute of Brain Education.

Scientific study shows that Brain Wave Vibration effectively helps people to manage stress and emotions. Click here to read the full article about this study on the Dahn Yoga website.
