We have just started the Year of the Rabbit under the Asian Lunar calendar and many in the West will celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Many of us think that luck comes by chance, but encounters of luck increases when we see life a certain way. Instead of waiting to be blessed by luck by happenstance, we can learn how to live like the "lucky" people.
Good luck doesn't have to be happenstance. We can use our brains to create our luck.

MS Awareness Month
In honor of Multiple Sclerosis Education and Awareness, Dahn Yoga is donating 100 Dahn Yoga for MS DVDs (BEST Life Media, 2007) to various MS charities.
Multiple Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system, is often misunderstood, but the truth is that it's a manageable disease and many people with MS live active, fulfilling lives. We'd like to share some stories of practitioners who use Dahn Yoga to help with their Multiple Sclerosis (MS) symptoms. For Dahn Yoga, this day marks how extraordinary efforts and accomplishments by women have propelled our growth. Most of our members women who are healing themselves, their families and communities. In addition, most of our instructors, managers and executives are women as well.
