Happy New Year! If you are like many people, you may have made New Year's resolutions for improving your health or getting into better shape. Do you find getting started is often the hardest part of keeping a resolution? If so, Body & Brain Yoga can help you out by showing you how easy it is to start. You do not a lot of equipment or even a lot of time to take charge of your health--we have many exercises and techniques that are simple and effective--and most importantly, they can be done anywhere!

How does it work? Body & Brain Yoga exercises are designed to stimulate the body’s energy system, similar to the effects of acupuncture and acupressure. We will show you exercises that release tension around important energy points for improving overall energy circulation and sense of well-being.Try
these exercises for warming up and warding off the winter chill.

    Solar Body Natural Healing Workshop

    Venue : Dahn Yoga nomal Center
    Experience Solar Body Natural Healing, a powerful self-healing training which works to stimulate the body’s own natural healing abilities thru exercise, breathing and meditation. The exercises include easy-to-perform yoga and tai chi movements. Mindful breathing guides us to breathe comfortably and bright healing energy is accumulated and circulated during meditation. Participants will be able to practice this training on their own after participating in the workshop. Open to all levels, no previous training needed. There is no fee for the workshop. Experience this unique and powerful self-healing workshop! Please arrive 15 minutes early for an on-time start!
